This project was all about space planning. The home started with only one bathroom. By moving the kitchen into the orginal family room we converted the old kitchen into a primary on-suite bathroom. Not only did we increase the value by adding a second bathroom we also created an open concept kitchen toping it all off with a beautiful design.
