This 1930’s home was full of charm but lacked a functional layout for a modern buyer. It started with a spacious footprint but ONLY had two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. With a creative eye and careful thought we created a 3 bedrooms and 2 FULL bath home. Our goal was to mix original fixtures with a modern design and buyers loved it.
